Guest rizzles Posted December 21, 2005 Report Posted December 21, 2005 (edited) I cant seem to send a video mms to a samsung D500. I have the camera set on mms video and have mms enabled on my c500. My friend who has the D500 just gets a blank mms through?? It works fine when sending a pic to the same phone. Any ideas what the problem could be?? Also just tried sending one to a c550 and got the same problem? Edited December 21, 2005 by rizzles
Guest shadamehr Posted December 21, 2005 Report Posted December 21, 2005 (edited) Could be a couple of things... The LENGTH could be an issue, making the MMS filesize too big... UK nets can only handle MMS up to a maximum of 100KB all in. Alternatively, it could be the video format you are using... On SmartPhones, you have a choice of using mp4, avi, H.263 etc etc. I will bet my bottom dollar .avi is no use to the D500 or a nokia, but that doesn't explain why it won't work on a C550. So try checking the file size mate. Edited December 21, 2005 by shadamehr
