Hey i really need some help. I recieved my smartphone yesterday and it didnt do as followed say im using media player to listen to my music, while its playing after about 10 seconds it goes to the homescreen now this is incredibly annoying as when im sending a txt and i pause for a min it would be gone i can open it up again but its just annoying, y is it doing this and please can i change it??

Second thing i need to know is what settings are u using to save battery life. e.g display time out backlight etc.

Go into Settings, Homescreen and scroll down to Timeout. Change this to Never.

Display & Backlight are set to the same - 2minutes if I remember correctly.

There is Pocket Candy but that was designed for 176x220 screens so I doubt it would be much use.

You could try DockwarePro which is a calendar / slideshow combination but, since you are looking to either be doing something with the phone or saving the battery, I wouldn't bother with that either.
