is there any way of altering the time it takes for a call to go to voice mail as the current time is way to short.

Here you go, just enter the appropriate command on your keypad in the phone application, send means simply to press the green talk button.

No reply (add sec in increments of 5)

To cancel all diverts simultaneously

There's a more 'user-friendly' method as well, if you go to the Phone Settings (tap signal indicator and click Settings).

Choose the Services tab

Select Call Forwarding

Click Get Settings...

Give it a few seconds to read settings from network

The Forward after: option can be set between 5 - 30 seconds (5 sec increments)
