WM5 DialUp Problem

I am trying to access internet from my Qtek 8310 smartphone. Now i want to access internet from a dialup connection.

So as per User Manual, i go into start > settings > connection > dialup.

then add a account, set it to connect to internet, enter the phone #, username & password and left domain blank. I know that this account work because im on it right now(PC).

Once done i go to back to connection, highlight dialup, press menu and go in advanced. i then set the internet connection to my newly added account.

Then i go to internet explorer and click on a default favorite. i notice that the signal bar change it now has to arrow --> <--. Bu then it goes back to normal and IE says Error unable to place a call.

Anyone got an idea what is my problem.
