o2 Exec - Calling Option...gone!

Hello,

On my o2 Exec, i am trying to make a call and cannot do so.

The phone is indeed swtiched on, how do i find the calling pad with the numbers etc?

I hit 'calls' or phone from the start menu and all i get is 'no missed calls'
