Help me on O2 navigation pad

hi all...

sorry if someone has already posted this problem. i'm new here. btw, this is a great n awesome site and helps a lot. :roll:

my phone is O2 Xphone II and sometimes my navigation pad and the 3 button don't work. the nav pad just doesn't go up and to the right, while the 3 button just couldn't work...for several seconds to minutes.
