Destination folder

This is bugging me cos whenever i recieve a media file or sumin via bluetooth/irda/mms it default saving destination is in the storage my documents. does any1 have any clues as how to set a default my documents or stop files being sent to storage in my documents.

My sister sent me an MP3 she had, and I had my BT receive folder set to default (Storage\My Documents) but it never arrived. Also I saw that my Sotrage memory had decreased. And I can't find it anywhere, I've been through every folder I can ... any ideas?
