Help me choose new headphones

Well my headset on my trusty E200 has failed and I only get sound out of one ear, so I think it's probably time to replace them. I don't want anything too expensive, don't need them to be bluetooth, and do want the microphone built in as that's quite good for when I'm out cycling, and sound quality whilst quite important doesn't have to be top quality because the wind whistling past my ears tends to mean you can't really notice the difference.

So has anyone got ideas for replacements. Orange of course no longer stock anything for the E200, but would the C550/600 or any of the PPC's headsets work? Does anyone know of anything else that'll work just as well or even better? I'd have thought with more and more phones having MP3 players that they'd be more choice, so if anyone can offer a bit of guidance I'd ...... errr .... say thank you?

PS of course it could be the socket I guess, anyone got any experience of this, or ways to clean it?
