:arrow: I don't know why (maybe it's xmas atmosphere), but when I plug my qtek 8310 to my pc, every new day I get a message like: "the phone you're using has an already used name. change the name of your device in order to maintain the relationship between device and pc. otherwise, you will be connected as guest".

but I had not previously changed name on the phone!!!

today it works, tomorrow it asks me to change name!

any advice?!? :evil:

Go into activesync on the pc. Delete the device under File>Delete Device.

Sync Again. Combine data....you will not get dups.
