Let me see if I understand you correctly. You want to use ad-hoc wifi from PSP to Universal and utilize the internet connection from the Universal to allow the PSP to surf the internet or to play online games?

If thats what you are asking then, no, you wont be able to do that as you are asking the Universal to function as a router.
