spv c600 sync outlook problem

hi all,merry xmas. i have a new spv c600 which will not snc with the microsoft outlook installed on my computer, i tried a new outlook install with cd that came with phone, but i can't get all my phone numbers from contacts or anything else synced. i think it maybe something to do with new profile on outlook, has anyone had the same problem, if so please talk me through it.
