Pg up/Page dwn in internet explorer WM5?

Is there a way to perform page up/page down in internet explorer rather than just scrolling using the joystick? For some reason ie will always display massive amounts of white space when im viewing web pages (both in 1 column & desktop view) and takes ages to scroll through. Pg up/pg dwn would be quicker.

Does anyone else have the problem of loads of white space being displayed on web pages through wifi? Didnt used to have that problem with my old wm2003 device over gprs.
