Yes i was wondering if any one could help me, i have decerted my phone and i have seem to lost all of my text messaging capabilities, i was wondering was there a solution to this problem or is there a fix or patch that i need to download and install on to my phone? I know that if i reformat my phone then i would regain my text messaging but would i lose all of the things that i have installed on my phone, and i would have to re-decert and im trying to avoid that? If anyone knows of anythings or anyway that i can go about fixing this problem i would gladly appreciate it and if i can help you in any type of way i would be glad to

I don’t know how you could have lost your messages but maybe its from an error made in the registry. Did you back it up before editing it? If you did then just restore it, if not then I’d probably just bite the bullet and hard reset. Its not the end of the world, if its that bad then just back up copies of the files on your pc and transfer them back once reset.

Hope that helps.

That still didnt help if there is anyone that can help me like i stated earlier, when i decerted my i930 and i went to check my text messages, i was unable to view them, if any one else has the same problem how do you fix it?? i know you can fix it by reformatting the phone back to its original format but then i would have to decert all over and im trying to avoid doing the decert all over. has any one decerted there i930 and there text messaging still worked fine?? if so tell me what u did or may have done that i didnt do

I too am having the same problem. I will recieve email notifications but there will be no text messages in my mms inbox, but there will be the number of text messages. Its like there invisible. This is what happends after I do the decert, but if I reformat back to original they are there. So is there any way to have a decerted i930 and still have the text messaging function normally.

k, i figured it out when you do the restore from the backup sprite and load the decert_2 file before you click restore you need to uncheck the restore data box and everthing will be glorious and work fine.
