My QTEK 9100 connects as it should, and also reconnects most of the time, but suddenly it can't. There seems to be no pattern here (e.g. length of disconnect etc.). There is a connection because it charges, but activesync icon stays greyed out. It all works fine again if i reboot. What can cause this problem? Is there anyway to restart activesync without restarting the computer, or to manually make it search for devices? Best regards Troels Skjelbo
