Hi Guys

I've just purchased a Qtek 8310. I'm having trouble, I can't click the start button. I can't do a reset because can't click the start button to get to clear storage.

has anyone has this problem

Most likely you've opened a lot of programs that are still running and your memory is low.. Get Xbar 3 to close apps, it's a must-have for all Smartphones !
