Yesterday I've installed an application wich associated with mp3 files.

I didn't like the programm so I've uninstalled it.

But then came the problems: I coud't play mp3 files anymore.

I've editted with the file manager: RESCO Explorer 2003, the mp3 association to: wmplayer.exe.

But when I wan't to play an mp3 file, windows media player says:

Can't play the file

The file is damaged or the player doesn't supports the classification which you are trying to play.

Does somebody have any solutions for this problem ?

Thanks in advance ;).

What was the program you have uninstalled?

The problem will probably be a registry fault.

Thanks for your reply!

The program is: pocketmvp (but I'm not sure).

I'm sure it looked like:

PocketMVP.gif

But that one is for the pocketpc and I had the smartphone version.
