Guest cold_fire Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 But software developers may find a solution to this ...
Guest leoiden Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 if i am not mistaken you edit the registry, bytheway would you share the backrounds that come with the 2125 ?
Guest PPCPassion Posted January 2, 2006 Report Posted January 2, 2006 I've got a Cingular 2125, and I can't seem to find a way to put the menus in list view instead of icons. Any thoughts? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It's doable by editing the registry. Using any registry edito program such as PHM reg edit, go to Hkey_Current_user Software Microsoft Shell start Menu You will see blank screen, use left soft key labeled Value Click on Grid view Set the Value Data to 0 (zero) Click done. Now you will see standard list view instead of icons view. Good Luck!! Please back up your phone prior to making any registry changes.
Guest redhotfun Posted January 2, 2006 Report Posted January 2, 2006 I just tried this on my 2125 and it works fine. You need to restart your phone to see the changes. My ROM Version is 5.1.50.14406 It's doable by editing the registry.
