Guest Killian Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 I’ve just started using my headphones that came with my sp5 to listen to music, I don’t intend on using it to answer any calls so I was wondering if it is possible to re-assign the answer key that is on the wire near its volume. Instead of answering calls with it is there anyway it ca be changed to start/stop music that is playing as I’m getting fed up of having to keep pressing the joystick on the phone. I’ve tried to re-assign it using the options button on the media player but it doesn’t recognise that the button is being pressed. I’m thinking maybe a registry tweak? Anyone got any ideas? Killian
Guest Killian Posted December 30, 2005 Report Posted December 30, 2005 I take it theres no ideas right? Have been thinking about it more and came up with the idea that somehow the answer button would need to be re-assigned as this is what the headsets button imitates. Obviously I wouldn't want to permanantly change it, just edit it whenever I use the headset. So does anyone know how to re-assign a button and if you do then what are your suggestions? If its not possible then just let me know, is just bugging me trying to find out
Guest avolkov Posted December 31, 2005 Report Posted December 31, 2005 I've tried to reassign it in WMP, but with no result ;)
