Guest Chuckles Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 Hi, Ive had my M2000 for a couple of weeks now with no problems, but now something annoying has arisen. The keyboard will be working fine, but then for some reason it will just stop working and i will have to do a soft reset, then all is peachy again. It never stops working in the middle of a sentence or anything, its not as if it cuts out while im doing anything, i can be writing a message and it will be fine, but then i go and write another message 5 minutes later and it wont work, no lights come on either, so i use the on-screen keyboard until i can be bothered to restart it. Any ideas how to defeat this annoying problem? Kenny.

If so, perhaps contact www.htceurope.com for warranty support. Richard
Guest fraser Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 I get this now and then, exactly the same problem. If you find something that fixes it, please post your solution.
Guest Chuckles Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 I done a hard reset and that solved it, i was hoping there would be a solution other than that but its worked a treat and i didnt realise how sluggish it has become until using it after the reset
