M2000 Keyboard Stops Working

Hi,

Ive had my M2000 for a couple of weeks now with no problems, but now something annoying has arisen.

The keyboard will be working fine, but then for some reason it will just stop working and i will have to do a soft reset, then all is peachy again. It never stops working in the middle of a sentence or anything, its not as if it cuts out while im doing anything, i can be writing a message and it will be fine, but then i go and write another message 5 minutes later and it wont work, no lights come on either, so i use the on-screen keyboard until i can be bothered to restart it.

Any ideas how to defeat this annoying problem?

Sounds like a software issue- do you have the latest update of the firmware from orange? If so, perhaps contact www.htceurope.com for warranty support.

I get this now and then, exactly the same problem. If you find something that fixes it, please post your solution.

I done a hard reset and that solved it, i was hoping there would be a solution other than that but its worked a treat and i didnt realise how sluggish it has become until using it after the reset
