qtek 8020 and tomtom 5: problem

Hi all, I've a qtek 8020, and Installed a timtom mobile 5. The problem is that tomtom does not start and run normally the most of the time. Sometimes it starts correctly, sometimes it starts and it hangs after, sometimes it starts and runs ok. I cannot understand why, because there's nothing I can understand to be changed from one time to another one......may you please help me ?
