Off button menu link?

Basically a while ago I dropped my C550 on the corner with the power button.

When I try and push the button to get the menu to turn off, flight mode and change profile etc it usually goes straight to turn off as I can't push the button properly.

Does anyone know if I can place a link in my start menu to link to this menu?

Sync phone to PC, open \Windows folder then create a shortcut to 'quickapp.exe'. Transfer the LNK to your Start Menu. ;)
