upgrade of the SPV C500

I upgraded ROM to version 4.2.1.4

and now I would like install new skins and other programs

I moved cab file into my smartphone,

run it and system wrote me that it cannot be installed because "it does not have adequate system premissions"

I have the same problem with other installation.

can you help me pleaseeeeee

You need to application unlock your phone.
