SPV c500 and Wolf3d - Who has it working?

Hi Peeps,

I have DOOM fully working on my SPV c500 however I am experiencing some problems with Wolfenstein 3d:

The game loads and hangs just before the menu with the graphic of the guy standing around the corner waiting to kill the nazi.

Then, I have to reset the whole phone by removing the battery.

I installed the .cab file that has been posted on this forum and have the .wl1 files in the same directory as the install program installs the game.

As DOOM is working I am doubting this has anything to do with GAPI and I have rebooted and started the game with full available memory which should be enough since DOOM's running smoothly now.

Any suggestions?
