Guest looeee Posted December 30, 2005 Report Posted December 30, 2005 I love my wifi. having lived with it for a while I'm finding so many more uses for it. tcpmp is incredible. it can browse web servers. i installed apache on my home pc and tcpmp streams my mp3s. file->open file->options->enter URL and type the url of the webserver it shows all the files and folders the bbc's listen again pages all support streaming to realplayer on the phone too i'm using rsshome as my newsreader at the mo and am quite happy. i can save all my news and read it offline later. i really miss world offline and avant go. still using the old demo version of ipodder for collecting my podcasts. are there any other free decent clients? i use the .net vnc client which works a treat. i can control my desktop pc from anywhere. its input isn't too controlable but the fullscreen view gives you enough room to work with. i use the mail, messenger and do loads of browsing are there any other good uses for the wifi that I've missed? looeee
