Sending a text to multiple numbers - sp5

I have an Imate SP5 and so far enjoying the experience but need a little help.

I don't know if i'm missing something simple here.. but

Can you 'check' names when you want to send a text to multiple people instead of choosing each number individually?

If my question is a bit mixed I'm trying to send a text to 15 people at the same time but I don't want to be selecting one name then going through my contacts to find the next one and so on and on ...15 times.. it takes ages.. i'm sure there is a way if someone could point me in the right direction.

...unfortunately, there is nothing out there for group texting on WM 5.0...I had a program written for me for the C500 a while ago that you will find in the freeware section, but it does not work on WM 5.0...I have asked if anyone would like to take on this project and upgrade the program, but have had no response to it yet...
