help! Cant connect to t-mobile with qtek8010

Using same sim I had in my mpx200 but now it only connects to cingular not tmobile? this phone is supposed to be unlocked already but now I'm not so sure.

any advice would be greatly apreciated.

okay I did the operator unlock and when I used the SPVService tool it said the phone was already unlocked... really stumped as to why it wont connect to tmobile's network. :/
