c550 tomtom not working after i agree screen !

Hi, hope somebody can help !!! Have installed tomtom mobile 5 on spv c550 and have changed registry settings and phone is application unlocked, but when i run tomtom mobile i can only get as far as the i agree screen!!!! then it freezes and goes no further, Can any body help me with this as most frustrating...

Why would you need to change registry settings? The TomTom website states that it is compatible with the C550.

TomTom works fine with the 5.2 update, no reg hacking required.

Best to use the update and return the reg settings back to normal.

There should be a file in the \storage\my documents\tomtom folder. I'm sure this come up in an earlier thread and may be what is causing your problems.

make sure you copy a file into that directory.. eg a small pic.
