I searched for a front facia a few months ago after I dropped my SPV c500 whilst getting out of the car.. I found nothing ..zip ..nada...zilch. :| All i did manage to find was someone who had compiled instructions on how to take the SPV c500 apart..not much use to me if I cant get a new facia! Good luck searching for one m8 ;)
Guest kyrkesmith Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 With the SPV Classic, it was always the case that if you were prepared to take the phone apart, the way to do it was to use the facia from one of those dummy phones from the shops. I think you can sometimes persuade the shops to give you one, or sometimes buy them on ebay. Another option is to get HTC to refurbish it for you. I think it costs something like £28. If there's dust behind the screen this can be a warranty repair (it was for me) and therefore free.

I got quoted an out of warranty refurb for typhoon at something like £65 + vat. It's only £15 if you've got a warranty issue as well as then they don't sting you for the labour/ carriage.
