How do I turn down the volume of the caller. It's so loud I have to hold the phone away from my ear and I can't seem to find any mention in the manual to turn it down.

On the left hand side of the phone (as it's facing you) there's a couple of sets of buttons (recessed into the side) ... top one does Internet Explorer (on mine anyway), and the lower 2 increases or decreases the earpiece volume.

OK thanks I'll try them again, but it didn't seem to do anything when I tried , I thought they was only for the ear phones.

These buttons decrease the volume, but there seems to be a bug when it comes to caller volume. You probably were turning it down but because of this bug the volume decrease is miniscual so untill someone fixes it you are stuck with this problem
