microsoft money for pocket pc not work on WM2005

given the time of year and all that I thought I would get MS Money up to date and given how unuseful I found it on my old WM2003 phone I thought I'd add Money fo PocketC onto my M5000.

I am led to believe that WM2005 is now not able to support the software !!

has anyone used it to any success?
