9100 cannot connect

If I take my QTEK 9100 out of the cradle or USB cable, it just remains unconnceted when I plug it back in.

Only thing to do seems to be a reboot?

Any suggestions?

What version of Activesync do you have?

Also next time it happens try plugging the phone into a different USB prot.

I have Activesync 4.1. Tried plugging it in antoher port, it didn't help either.

Problem solved. It was the dockingstation for for Dell laptop. No problem when I plug the cradle directly into the laptop.
