yesterday I found that my call button (green one) doesn't work.

last days I updated my ROM software so thi can be one reason, or it's just stop worikng :-(

Please can you help me with this problem, or send me some manualt how to open the phone and clean it.

mines packed up on my c500 as well i use it to move ball on vpm game it started to get slowly worse last few days.seems it may well need cleaning out.i wonder if someone has tried electrical spray i have seen at maplins.i dont want to damege phone with it if its to stronge and burn it out.

Had this problem on my C500 so has one of my mates on his. Looks like a quality issue with that button design (I don't use it abnormally or anything).

:) mine works sometimes but you have to press it really hard!!!

I have the same problem with this button. It doesnt work at all now. And my scroller is tempramental.

I also have issues when I remove the battery the time and date resets to 2004 on the phone. So frustrating when I helped a girl out at T in the Park festival when he battery went dead and she lost her friends, I decided to help her by sticking her sim in my c500 only to lose date and time for the rest of the weekend/festival. :)
