Any ways to look at current CPU usage?

Do anybody know of any plugins/apps that do it? Sometimes glitchy apps are running in background, but you only notice it by overall slowness and battery rapidly going down.

I've knew quite dozen for WM PDAs, but still dont know a single one for WM Smartphones.
