My homescreen keeps disappearing

Hi there,

i created my own .xml file and pasted it into the windows folder (\windows) so that i can have my own homescreen.

It works fine till i restart the phone, it was as if anything i create and copy into the windows folder disappears. I have to copy the xml file into the windows folder again everytime i restart my handphone.

Anyone has any remedies or know why this happens??
