JAM to K-JAM (O2 Mini to Mini S)

Hi, I have just got a K-JAM (O2 XDA Mini S) and want to migrate from my old JAM (O2 XDA Mini). I've tried sync'ing both and that works for the contacts, calender, tasks. but I would like to copy all my text messages, all my call history, and other bits.

This other problem I have is I converted all my number from 07####### to +44 7#####, and outlook 2003 has decided to remove all my ++'s.

are there any solutions?
