Best route to getting GPS

I have an MPX220 and I would like to use it for GPS. I am a little confused on a few things though.

#1. Will any bluetooth GPS reciever off ebay work

#2. I live in america(new jersey) and dont know what programs I would need

#3. Will I need minisd to store maps, and what size if neccessary?

#2. TomTom Mobile or Copilot Live

#3. Yes but you get a special storage card with maps in a gps pack (see #2)
