Guest borgs Posted January 4, 2006 Report Posted January 4, 2006 Hi, I'm currently trying to find a case that also has a plastic lid that latches down while closed. There seem to be a few on the market, either using a skin for the non-screen protection or plastic through-out. I've seen a couple of skin type cases where the lid hinges 180 degrees rather than 360. My question is, does anyone know if on these particular cases (I've seen a Boxwave and a Capcase), whether the lid will stay open if the pocket pc is held vertically. The reason I ask is that I don't want the lid to be forever falling closed when used for car navigator where I will need complete access to the touch screen. I'm hoping there is some resistance at the open setting. If they don't then does anyone have any experience with a full plastic case? How much bulk do they add? Thanks very much.
