.tmp files clogging up

Hi there,

I found this folder, \storage\windows\AppMgr\ , it contains a lot of folders each with a single *.tmp file in them. the folders are names of programs that i have installed previously on my phone.

even after uninstalling the programs, the folders with the .tmp files are still there!! Best of all, deletion of these files and folders are not allowed! I wonder why...

Any idea how they can be deleted cos up till now, the entire AppMgr folder is 212kb already, valuable space taken up by useless .tmp files.
