Different ring VOLUMES for different people?

Easy enough to set a particular ringtone for a particular person, obviously. But does anyone know how to give a particular person a particular ring VOLUME? I don't want most of my calls to ring very loudly, but there are a couple very important people whose calls I don't want to miss just because I didn't hear them. At the moment, all I know how to do is set the ring volume for a profile, and the chosen profile applies to all callers as far as I know...
