Guest Dr Who Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 Anyone else had this issue? MW <{POST_SNAPBACK}> How did you get your contacts on the phone? Activesync, SIM transfer, manually entered? Are they in the correct format (+44 7866), do you have any duplicates? To test dial from another phone (home phone?) and save the number as a contact, redial and see if it ID's. I just had an identical problem with a Nokia N70 and never got to the bottom of it.

I transferred contacts by activesync (4.1) and they are all in the correct format (+441234567890). I have resolved the issue anyway... just had to reboot the phone after adding the contacts... ! how embarassing! MW

MW <{POST_SNAPBACK}> One more thing, when you have the same number in two different contacts the phone's software will not know which address entry to display hence no association... Check your phonebook for duplicates...
