HELP.....Cant Transfer from Phone onto compter

Hey,

i own a SPVC500 and recently orange replaced it as it was faulty with a new spvc500.

i have taken a load of photos with the camera on this phone and saved them on the storage card and previous to that on the phone memory.

I can view the files on the phone and i can transfer them between folders on the phone, but it will not let me transfer the images onto my computer.

it says its copying, and takes time like it is, but there are no files in the folder i transfered them into.

Any ideas?

hey, ta for the link, but no joy.

i have read that thread and tried looking in the temporary folder after setting viewing options to show hidden files and folders.

i do not get any hidden folders, and i have looked in all the folders that are present and the files are not located there.

i have also tried searching the HDD for the file including hidden files and folders to no avail.

i still have the problem that i cannot see the files once it says they are copied. it used to work with my old spvc500 fine. but not with the new one.

so any help still needed.
