Downgrade to 4.1.10.3 romanian ROM from french ROM

I have been trying for several hours to downgrade my old SPV C500 to it's original romanian ROM and failed .I have searched forums and googling but nothing helped .Anyone here from Romania managed to downgrade ?

Reason for downgrading is restoring the romanian language as french ROM does not have it .I am fine with english but i sold my C500 and the buyer cannot properly use it because of the phone's language .Thx . ;)
