Internet with Acer N30 via SPV E200

Hello! I hope i am posthing this in the right place because it is more PPC then SmartPhone!

Well i have a Acer N30 and a Orange SPV E200. I have managed to connect them both for internet use. I make a new connection and i get to a screen where i need to write..

Password

Domain

..does anyone have any idea what i need to put?
