calling screen screwed :((

i've done it again :oops:

might be from IA caller ID software, even tough i uninstalled it succesfully (i see no more traces of it in registry or files and rebooted phone) or something else, do not really know ;), but here it is:

when i get a call i see a distorted image all over the screen instead of the info (person calling, number...) and i also see in the right the picture (if any attached for that contact) but also distorted...like blured or messed up pixels :D...i can't figure out who's calling !!!

alot of bright minds on this forum...none of them seing this ?

is there really not even an idea...should i reset just for this elusive bug?!
