TT5 at my C550

I had before my C550 TT5 mobile running at my smarthphone SPV C500.

But it won't run on my new SPV C550. I get a weird green screen. I heard something about a update from TomTom.

But does someone knows what I can do about this problem? How do I get TT5 mobile on my C550 running?
