SPV M5000 AND Activesync

Have a strange problem when I explore my phone with Active sync and copy files to my PC only the folders and sub folders come across, no data. Yet any files in my documents are synchronized fine. Have spoke to Orange who said that Microsoft still have a lot of problems with Active sync 4.1 and there is not much else they can do, just wait for the next update. Has anyone got any ideas?

Just checked and mine works fine. (I'm using an O2 Exec but it should be the same with the M5000)

Have you checked the conversion settings in AS under Tools -> Advanced Tills?
