PIE Downloads Default to MiniSD?

I'm sure it has been covered before, but I can't find it by searching. I have been all through the registry but cant find a key that points PIE to download into \Storage\My Documents. I'd like to change it, so all my downloads are saved on my SD and I can free up some of my precious internal memory. Thanks
