Animated gifs on the C600

I have loads of animated gifs that worked fine on my C500. How do i get them to work on the C600.

Same here. I used to set animated GIFs as contact photos for different groups/categories... Now I can se only static, with the first frame of the GIF showing up

For view animate GIF image on my Q-Tek 8310 I have installed Resco Photo Viewer 5.32.

Now I can see correctly the GIF

Cheers for that, however on my C500 i could select a .gif as a caller ID and it would play the gif when they called. Is this possible on the C600. You could also choose the size, that was nice too. Now all i have is a farty little picture in the corner. [-(

I don't know the solution for "Now all i have is a farty little picture in the corner" at the moment but there is a solution to be able to read animated gif on the C600 :

You can install the old IA Album app on your C600 and it's HERE on my website (in french at the moment. sorry but not really hard to understand I think)

I translate and resume the method :

Just download the old .zip, unzip it on your Storage Card and create a link for the "IA Album.exe" file in \windows\Start Menu using the integrated file manager of your C600.

Then you would find the added IA ALBUM on your "Start Menu" ;)
