Not AFAIK, the leaked rom is wm2003, though lots of web resources for it have dissappeared over time as it's illegal to have the software. But not to flash it to a phone a learned friend has told me. Still looking into that one for corroboration... Richard

I bought a phone that already had been flashed.. I saw some post about wm2003se and didn't know if there were any new links for it.
