Decent Alarm plugin for WM5

I've always used Richie M's Alarmplug on my C500.. Since this plugin isn't very customizable (colors, selected/unselected state, etc) it kind of irritated me on my beautifull new 8310 qvga screen so I looked around for options.

Two I found :

1. HIalarm : Looks good but somehow in WM5 setting the alarm works but as soon as you "scroll" out the plugin on the homescreen the alarm goes back to off :S No matter what I and how I do it..

2. LCDplug 1.54 : lovely.. finally found a download but now I can't find any documentation on the options I can set in my xml..

Hell, perhaps I'm blind or just not lookin' in all the right places.. ;) Anyways, anyone got either a nice document on the LCD plug or a fix for that little HIalarm problem?
